FlashSiPM^TM-New generation high-speed SiPM

FlashSiPM^TM is a new generation of SiPM products developed by Joinbon Technology. It uses a new rapid quenching technology to maintain the traditional SiPM high gain, high sensitivity, high detection efficiency and other excellent characteristics, meanwhile the recovery time and signal amplitude have reached orders of magnitude improvement. The single-photon pulse width is promoted from the traditional SiPM's 100+ns to 10ns level, and the single-photon signal amplitude is promoted by more than 10 times, which also brings the overall improvement of parameters, such as dynamic range and count rate, and the signal pulse width and amplitude are all adjustable, so the new product has better adaptability of application.
